Planning is well underway for
Reunion 2015! And it looks like it will be most excellent again. The event committee is hard at work ironing out the details.
This long overdue newsletter is to sort out any Knights out there who have failed to inform us of changes to your address and/or your email address. You know who you are! Avoid the embarrassment of having the scribes publish your names and assuring your place in the Royal Hall of Shame!
I implore you, the Knights of the Realm, to help find these folks so we can update the Official Scrolls! If you know of any changes to this soon to be sent list, please send to:
jcheves@ix.netcom.com. You are the best resource! -- Further, a worldwide people search will be used in an effort to make sure everyone gets all of the reunion information. And please visit the
NWC website to check on your data and help us find any
lost Knights. Contact info is also on all pages.
IMPORTANT! We have decided to send snail (postal) mail only to folks who are not online and cannot be reached via email! Once again the names of any "return to sender" responses will be published in a future newsletter so, with your help, we might locate these folks.
Again I will provide a
pdf registration form which you may fill out, print, and mail to the address on the form.
Something new! An email option for those who would like to go paperless and avoid a trip to the post office. If you prefer to register online this will be your chance!
It looks like the cost of the event will be similar to last year. If this presents a problem, show up anyway and donate what you can! As we wish to make this the greatest reunion ever, please attend regardless. You will be welcome as always. We want to see your smiling face!
This promises to be as much fun as our last reunion.
As soon as the planning committee has finalized all the details I will send updates and let you know what glorious events are in store.
• Look forward to cuisine prepared by World Class Chefs of the Realm.
• Accommodations and special deals for lodging.
• Be assured that a good time will be had by all. (Rumors that we are planning wet tee-shirt contest and a spouses belly-dancing exhibition have been discredited! The Ghost of Karnak the Magnifico may materialize to make sure hanky panky is kept to a minimum).
• Be assured the usual story telling, kibitzing, and socializing will happen.
